Generator Maintenance Program Available

As you know generators need maintenance just like a car or lawn mower. Since these systems are fully automatic they are often forgotten about until they are needed. Preventative maintenance is important for the longevity of these units.

Since that is the case, Weekley Electric, LLC can now offer you an in dept preventative maintenance program that will remove this burden from you.

What you will receive on a standard maintenance visit:

  • Check and clean air filter
  • Visual inspection
  • Battery test
  • Clean debris out of housing
  • System reset if needed
  • Load and transfer test
  • Voltage and hertz test
  • Check coolant level (liquid cooled generators only)

  • Battery acid level test and replace if needed
  • Leveling of generator
  • Coolant flush/test (liquid cooled generators only)
  • Check and replace belts if needed
